The explorer makes building blocks, relationships, and topic areas visible as an interactive knowledge network.
After this page, you can
- read a node and its direct neighborhood
- separate spatial proximity from subject relationships
- use filters, hops, and layouts deliberately

What the explorer is for
The explorer is the visual entry point into relationships between Nexonoma building blocks. It helps you move from a familiar term to its neighbors, recognize subject areas, and discover new relationship paths.
- Search for a known building block and inspect its environment.
- View topic areas as a knowledge network through structure filters.
- Inspect direct relationships and open relevant building blocks.
Read nodes, edges, and topic islands
Each circle represents a building block. Its color shows the type. Lines represent curated subject relationships. In the full view, closely connected areas are arranged spatially as topic islands.
- Concepts, methods, technologies, and tools have distinct colors.
- An edge connects two building blocks with a named relationship type.
- Spatial proximity supports orientation; node content and relationships carry the subject statement.
Explore a relationship
Search for a building block or select a topic area first. Then click a node: its neighbors remain colored while the selection panel explains the building block and lists its direct relationships.
- Use one to three hops to expand the visible neighborhood.
- Add external connection partners for a filtered topic area.
- Center a neighbor or open its full detail page.
Control filters and views
The left rail narrows the network by subject. The top toolbar controls search, layout, edges, labels, fit, and fullscreen. Selection alone keeps the network positions stable.
- Combine node types, relationships, levels, and perspectives.
- Use macro clusters, clusters, and segments as topic filters.
- Switch between free, radial, and hierarchical layouts.
What the visualization means
The Explorer visualizes the currently curated data. Published edges show the maintained subject relationships. Distances and island positions support layout orientation; node content and relationships determine subject meaning.
